Ordering & Delivery

After payment has been received, an order is processed as soon as possible, arranged and then placed on the bus. You will then receive an email with a tracking number. 

Please keep in mind that your products are not sent from the Netherlands, but from America and other countries.

Entrepreneurs from all over the Diaspora, from Suriname to Indonesia, make and ship the items that are available here. Sometimes it goes fast, but not always. 

For handmade clothing and items that are shipped for free, there is usually a longer delivery time. 

Delivery charge

The delivery costs for the customer are 7,95 euros. However, the webshop pays most of the shipping costs. We are happy to do this to accommodate you as a customer. If for some reason the package is returned through no fault of the webshop, you will receive your money back minus the actual delivery costs. 

Cancel order

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the package has not arrived within a month, an investigation will be initiated. 

Import tax

Our webshop is not liable for import costs. These go through the duane and fall outside the webshop.
